Kalzip FlexForm® represents the contemporary evolution of the proven TF800R system, offering a new dimension of architectural freedom. Building on the trusted profiled aluminium façade, the system now allows for more varied and individual designs through precise bending techniques. Kalzip FlexForm® enables architects to play with rhythm, depth, and geometry – from clearly defined profiles to freely customisable profiles. Its true strength lies in uniting technical performance with maximum creative freedom in metal design.
Kalzip FlexForm® enables the creation of façades that give architecture a distinctive character – striking, structured, and individual. At the same time, the system is easy to install and seamlessly integrates into the established Kalzip system world. This combination provides a platform for creative expression without compromising reliability.

Kalzip FlexForm® is aimed at planners who want to combine design with structure. Targeted folding creates façades with depth, shadow effects and rhythmic repetition.

Kalzip FlexForm® is available in high-quality colours and surfaces that have been developed for durable and sophisticated façade solutions. The options include HPC high-performance coating with a matt or glossy finish and UV stability, electrolytically pre-treated AluPlusPatina with distinctive metallic tones, and classic polyester coatings for functional applications.
This allows the façade to express material culture, value and identity.
Kalzip FlexForm® Ultra
With Kalzip FlexForm® Ultra, Kalzip offers a platform for individual façade ideas. Architects develop their own edging – Kalzip checks it for feasibility, assists with detailed planning and, on request, produces a sample profile for approval. This means that even complex design visions can be realised without compromising on the security of a system provider.

Profiling alone does not make for an expressive façade. The surface is crucial. Kalzip offers two high-quality variants for FlexForm® that harmonise perfectly with the architecture:

Fully Recyclable.
Kalzip FlexForm® is based on recyclable aluminium sourced in Europe. Production involves a high proportion of recycled material, short transport distances and minimal environmental impact. The profiles are durable, low-maintenance and fully recyclable. This makes modern façade design an investment in sustainability and climate protection.
